# TramitaYa — Full Description

TramitaYa is a document-collection and case-management platform for law firms, gestorías and independent legal professionals, built and operated by Rossol. It removes the back-and-forth of collecting paperwork from clients and turns it into a single, controlled flow.

## The problem it solves
For most firms, every case file becomes a chain of emails, calls and WhatsApp messages: you ask for a document, the wrong one arrives, and you start again. Documentation ends up scattered across inboxes, phones and loose folders, and procedures are delayed while the firm chases the client. TramitaYa puts all of that in one place, ordered and under the firm's control.

## How it works
1. Create the case file. The firm starts from a template for a type of procedure — or from scratch — with the required documents and tasks already listed and ready to adjust to the specific case.
2. Share the secure link. TramitaYa generates a secure link protected with a PIN. The client opens it, sees exactly which documents are still missing, and uploads them from their phone without registering or installing anything.
3. Review and approve. Each uploaded document arrives for the firm to review. The firm approves it, or rejects it with a reason. The client sees the outcome on the same link and re-uploads a corrected version. Nobody has to be chased.

## Security and data isolation
Client links are protected with a PIN and an expiry, can be revoked in one click, and isolate each case file: a client only ever accesses their own file and never sees anyone else's. Activity is logged with date and responsible person.

TramitaYa is a tool to collect, organize and review documentation. It does not provide legal advice and does not intervene in the firm's professional judgement; the correctness, validity and sufficiency of the documentation for each procedure remain the professional's responsibility. When a firm uses TramitaYa to handle its own clients' data, the firm is the data controller and TramitaYa acts as processor under the corresponding agreement.
