# TramitaYa

TramitaYa is a document-collection and case-management platform for law firms, legal consultancies (gestorías) and independent professionals. Instead of chasing clients over email and WhatsApp for paperwork, a firm shares a secure link; the client uploads exactly what is requested without creating an account, and the firm reviews it — approving or rejecting each document with a reason — all from one place. TramitaYa is a product of Rossol.

**Target customers:** Law firms, gestorías and legal professionals who handle case files that require collecting, reviewing and tracking documentation from their own clients.

## How It Works
1. **Create the case file** — Start from a template for a type of procedure, or from scratch. The list of required documents and tasks comes ready to adjust.
2. **Share the secure link** — TramitaYa generates a secure link with a PIN. The client opens it, sees exactly what is missing, and uploads from their phone — no sign-up, no app to install.
3. **Review and approve** — Each document arrives for review. Approve it, or reject it with a reason; the client sees the feedback on the same link and re-uploads the corrected version.

- **No-signup link for clients** — Clients access with a link and a PIN. No accounts, passwords or app downloads.
