Terms and conditions of TramitaYa
These terms govern access to and use of TramitaYa by the professionals who use it.

1. Identification and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of TramitaYa, a platform that lets law firms, agencies and professionals manage the documents of their cases and collect them from their clients through secure links.
By accessing or using TramitaYa, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.
TramitaYa is a product of Rossol. Use of TramitaYa is governed by these terms; Rossol’s general terms apply in addition and, in the event of conflict, these terms prevail.

2. Service description
TramitaYa allows, among other features:
- Creating cases from templates by procedure type or from scratch.
- Defining the documents and tasks the client must provide.
- Sharing a secure link with the client to upload documents without signing up.
- Reviewing the documents received, approving or rejecting them with a reason.
- Managing the firm’s team and the assignment of cases.
3. Responsibility for cases and their content
The professional user of TramitaYa is responsible for the content of the cases they create, the documents they request and the relationship with their own clients.
TramitaYa is a tool to manage and collect documents; it does not provide legal advice or intervene in the firm’s professional judgement. The correctness, validity and sufficiency of each procedure’s documents rest with the professional.
4. Acceptable use
The user undertakes to:
- Use the platform in accordance with the law and good faith.
- Not use it to process documents unrelated to their legitimate professional activity.
- Safeguard their credentials and not share them.
- Not carry out actions that may damage, overload or compromise the security of the service.
5. Service availability
TramitaYa endeavours to keep the service available and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or causes beyond our control.
No liability is accepted for losses arising from interruptions, technical failures or loss of availability, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which sets out the purposes, legal basis, retention periods and how to exercise rights.
When the firm uses TramitaYa to process its own clients’ data, it acts as data controller and TramitaYa as processor, under the terms set out in the corresponding processing agreement.
7. Changes
TramitaYa may modify these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to regulatory or service changes. The applicable version is the one published on this page, and the date of the last revision is shown at the top of the document.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
